Title IX Policy
The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights enforces Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. Title IX protects people from discrimination based on sex in education programs or activities that receive federal financial assistance.
Georgia Driving Academy is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy education and work environment free from discrimination or harassment based on age, race, color, sex, gender, sexual orientation or identity, religion or creed, national or ethnic origin, or disability.
