How to Pay for CDL Driving School
One of the most common questions we receive at GDA is “How much does it cost for a CDL training?” There are a number of options for covering your tuition expenses for CDL training, from governmental programs to military benefits or, if you prefer, you can even pay for your training outright.
Georgia Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is a federally funded program. WIOA provides access to join training for dislocated workers, low-income individuals & out-of-school youth. The funds are administered specifically through services geared toward helping disadvantaged citizens obtain meaningful employment, such as truck driving.
Military Benefits
Georgia Driving Academy is approved for participation in various veteran benefit programs offered through the Veterans’ Administration. Information on eligibility requirements and applications can be obtained from the Financial Aid Office. GDA is committed to helping veterans transition into successful careers.
G.I. Bill®
Georgia Driving Academy is approved to certify veterans for G.I. Bill® benefits. The admissions office will assist students in applying for benefits. The V.A. determines if the student is eligible & the school reports student enrollment and progress. Any benefits for which students are eligible are paid directly to the student by the V.A.
GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). More information about education benefits offered by VA is available at the official U.S. government website at http://www.benefits.va.gov/gibill.
Additional Payment Options
Due to our affordable CDL training, many people choose to pay for their training outright. We accept most major credit cards, as well as personal checks and cash.
